Ron Barness, one of the former owners along with Alex Papakyriakou, of Barness Papas Investments LLC, was dismissed without prejudice of all accusations in a commercial real estate lawsuit.
The case, Lyon Financial Services, Inc., a a Minnesota Corporation, d/b/a US Bancorp Manifest Funding Services, Plaintiff vs. Barness Papas Investments, LLC, an Arizona Limited Liability Company, Ron N. Barness and Alexander Papakyriakou, was dismissed in Minnesota District Court by Judge Kyle on May 29, 2009.
